I'm looking for a manufacturer or a healthy choco pie alternative. The general production process woud be simialr to a normal choco pie snack with modifications to the marshmellow filling to include ingredients such as whey and collagen. We are currently working with a food formulation team and wanted to get an idea of what ingredients are accesible and cost effective for our manufactures and get quotes for small-test batches, and full commercial runs.
